And the surprising thing is that we never want to get out of it, just some say that's wrong we blindly start believing.

But we don't have any idea that turmeric is a cure for jaundice because it has antiviral and 

anti bacterial properties. 


The yellow colour is just because of curcumin-related compounds.

As we all know protein is the main component of muscles. And lacking balanced diet and to 
fulfil the number of protein that we need every day we use to take protein supplements. But we are still in confusion whether these types of the supplement is good or harmful. Some people say protein supplement decrease the performances of kidney and some of them use to say protein supplement leads to hair fall and many more meaningless thoughts. Whey is a milk product and it has numerous health benefits so get out of  Go for the right brand and start using because health is everything as we all aware of that.

lifting weights and doing pull-ups increase the stamina of our body. This is totally insubstantial to know that we are still thinking like that. Apart from all this always try to learn the reality of every logic.
